CHAP. 66.— Joint Resolution Authorizing the erection on public grounds in the city of Washington, District of Columbia, of a memorial to employees of the United States Department of Agriculture who died in the war with Germany. Res., No. 15](/us/bill/67/pubres/15).] Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, Department of Agriculture. Memorial to former employees who died in World War permitted in grounds of.
That the Secretary of Agriculture be, and he is hereby, authorized to grant permission to the Department of Agriculture war memorial committee for the erection in the Department of Agriculture grounds, Washington, District of Columbia, of a memorial to the former employees of the said United States Department of Agriculture who lost their lives while in the *Proviso.* Approval of design, etc.military or naval service in the war with Germany: *Provided*, That the site chosen and the design of the memorial shall be approved by the Joint Committee on the Library with the advice and recommendations of the Commission of Fine Arts, and the United States shall be put to no expense in or by the erection of this memorial.
