CHAP. 65.— An Act To provide for the renting of the first floor of the customhouse at Mobile, Alabama, to the Mobile Chamber of Commerce. February 8, 1923.[[H. R. 11731](/us/bill/67/hr/11731).][[Private, No. 164](/us/pvtl/67/164).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary Mobile, Ala., customhouse.Chamber of Commerce may rent portion of.of the Treasury is authorized to rent, under such terms and conditions and for such period as he may prescribe, to the Chamber of Commerce of Mobile, Alabama, the first floor or the customhouse, situated at the corner of Royal and Saint Francis Streets, in the city of Mobile, Alabama, or such parts of the first floor of the above-mentioned Federal building as may be used by the said chamber of commerce.
