CHAP. 64.— An Act For the relief of M. Fine and Sons. February 21, 1922. [[H. R. 1362](/us/bill/67/hr/1362).] [[Private, No. 29](/us/pvtl/67/29).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theM. Fine and Sons. Payment to. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $13,473 to M. Fine and Sons, of New York, New York, to reimburse them for the purchase of ten thousand yards of flannel shirting which was returned to the Depot Quartermaster, Jeffersonville, Indiana, on account of being eight and one-half ounces instead of nine and one-half ounces.
