Dak. and Mont. Sale of lands of abandoned. [R.
S., sec. 2435, p. 449](/us/rs/s2435/p449). 2455, Revised Statutes of the United States, be, and the same are hereby, extended to all nonmineral lands within the abandoned Fort Buford Military Reservation in the States of North Dakota and Montana, which were restored to disposal under the homestead, town site, and desert land laws under the provisions of the Act ofVol. 31, p. 180. May 19, 1900 (Thirty-first Statutes at Large, page 180). Approved, August 11, 1921.
