CHAP. 56.— An Act For the relief of W. R. Grace and Company. February 17, 1922. [[H. R. 1733](/us/bill/67/hr/1733).] [[Private, No. 24](/us/pvtl/67/24).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theW. R. Grace and Company. Refund of customs duty to. Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to W. R. Grace and Company, of 7 Hanover Square, New York City, the sum of $263.73, the amount which said W.
R. Grace and Company paid as customs duty on one hundred and eighty bales of caraway seed, which was imported on May 15, 1918, the entry on which was liquidated on August 10, 1918, and which was reported for exportation by the Department of Agriculture on November 13, 1918, after the expiration of the thirty-day period provided by law for the filing of protests after liquidation of entry. Approved, February 17, 1922.
