CHAP. 53.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the city of Saint Paul, Minnesota, to construct a bridge across the Mississippi River. January 31, 1923.[[H. R. 13511](/us/bill/67/hr/13511).][[Public, No. 402](/us/pl/67/402).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the consent ofMississippi River,Saint Paid, Minn., may bridge. Congress is hereby granted to the city of Saint Paul, Minnesota, and its successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Mississippi River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation at or near the point where Robert Street,Location. in said city of Saint Paul, crosses the Mississippi River, in the county of Ramsey, in the State of Minnesota, in accordance with the provisionsConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, January 31, 1923.
