CHAP. 50.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the Great Southern Lumber Company, a corporation of the State of Pennsylvania doing business in the State of Mississippi, to construct a railroad bridge across Pearl River at approximately one and one-half miles north of Georgetown in the State of Mississippi. January 31, 1923.[[H. R. 13139](/us/bill/67/hr/13139).][[Public, No. 399](/us/pl/67/399).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Pearl River.Great Southern Lumber Company may bridge, Georgetown, Miss.
That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the Great Southern Lumber Company, a corporation of the State of Pennsylvania doing business in the State of Mississippi, its successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a railroad bridge and approaches thereto across the Pearl River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation approximately one and one-half miles north of Georgetown, Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.in the State of Mississippi, and in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, January 31, 1923.
