CHAP. 50.— Joint Resolution Relative to payment of tuition for Indian children enrolled in Montana State public schools. February 13, 1922.[[S. J. Res. 140](/us/bill/67/sjres/140).][[Pub. Res., No. 38](/us/67/pubres/38).] Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, Montana.Payment allowed for tuition of Indian pupils in State public schools.Vol. 41, pp. 421, 1237. That nothing contained in the provisions of section 10 of the Act of February 14, 1920 (Forty-first Statutes at Large, page 421), and of section 10 of the Act of March 3, 1921 (Forty-first Statutes at Large, page 1237), shall be construed to preclude the payment of tuition for Indian children enrolled and educated in Montana State public schools, pursuant to annual or existing appropriations of public money for payment of such tuition.
