CHAP. 5.— An Act For the relief of Thomas B. Smith. December 14, 1922.[[H. R. 8264](/us/bill/67/hr/8264).][[Private, No. 151](/us/pvtl/68/151).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Thomas B. Smith,Reimbursement to.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out 1765 1766of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Thomas B. Smith, of Cheriton, Virginia, the sum of $185.66, to reimburse him for expenses incurred by him from April 20 to June 6, 1917, for travel performed by him while an ensign with the United States Naval Reserve Force attached to the Seventh Squadron, United States Navy.
