CHAP. 5.— An Act For the relief of John Cestnik, junior. December 15, 1921. [[H. R. 5511](/us/bill/67/hr/5511).] [[Private, No. 16](/us/pvtl/67/16).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Northern PacificJohn Cestnik, jr. Homestead entry of, confirmed. Relinquishment by Northern Pacific Railway Company, and lieu selection allowed. Railway Company, upon its filing with the Secretary of the Interior a proper relinquishment disclaiming in favor of the United States all title and interest in or to the south half of the southwest quarter, section eleven, township eight south, range twenty east, in the Bozeman, Montana, land district, under its mineral indemnity selection, list numbered one hundred forty-six, embracing said tract, shall be entitled to select and receive a patent for other vacant unreserved nonmineral public lands of an equal area in that State; and the Secretary of the Interior is hereby authorized and directed to permit, after the filing of such relinquishment by said railway company, the homestead entry of John Cestnik, junior, to remain intact as though said entry had been properly allowed, the same to remain subject to compliance with the laws governing entries of like character.
