CHAP. 5.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the Ironton and Russell Bridge Company to construct a bridge across the Ohio River at or near the city of Ironton, Ohio, and between the county of Lawrence, Ohio, and the county of Greenup, Kentucky. May 6, 1921.[[H. R. 3152](/us/bill/67/hr/3152).][[Public, No. 4](/us/pl/67/4).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Ohio River.Ironton and Russell Bridge Company may bridge, Ironton, Ohio.
That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the Ironton and Russell Bridge Company and its successors and assigns to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Ohio River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near the city of Ironton, Ohio, in the county of Lawrence, in the State of Ohio, in accordance Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, May 6, 1921.
