S. Albright, of Kansas, he, and they are hereby, appointed members of the Board of Managers of the National Home for Disabled Volunteer Soldiers of the United States, to succeed James W. Wadsworth, of New York; H. H. Markham, of California; and W. S. Albright, of Kansas, whose terms of office expire April 21, 1922. Approved, January 26, 1923.
