CHAP. 420.— An Act To authorize the Gary Tube Company to construct a bridge across the Grand Calumet River in the State of Indiana. September 22, 1922.[[S. 3793](/us/bill/67/s/3793).][[Public, No. 355](/us/67/pl/355).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Gary TubeGrand Calumet River.Gary Tube Company may bridge, Lake County, Ind.Location. Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Indiana, is hereby authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Grand Calumet River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, in the northeast quarter of section three, township thirty-six north, range eight west of the second principal meridian, in Lake County, in the State of Indiana; said bridge to be built across the Grand Calumet River in accordanceConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84. with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment expressly reserved. Approved, September 22, 1922.
