CHAP. 40.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the State of North Dakota and the State of Minnesota, the County of Pembina, North Dakota, and the County of Kittson, Minnesota, or any of them, to construct a bridge across the Red River of the North at or near the city of Pembina, North Dakota. January 24, 1923.[[S. 4133](/us/bill/67/hr/4133).][[Public, No. 393](/us/pl/67/393).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and Haase of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the consentRed River of the North.North Dakota, Minnesota, etc., may bridge, Pembina, N.
Dak. of Congress is hereby granted to the State of North Dakota and the State of Minnesota, the County of Pembina, North Dakota, and the County of Kittson, Minnesota, or any of them, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Red River of the North at a point suitable to the interests of navigation at or near the city of Pembina, North Dakota, in accordance with 1174Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84.the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, January 24, 1923.
