United States is authorized to appoint a representative of the Executive to cooperate with the Joint Committee on Reorganization, 4Vol. 41, p. 1083.created under the joint resolution of December 17, 1920, entitled a “Joint resolution to create a Joint Committee on the Reorganization of the Administrative Branch of the Government,” who shall receive Salary.an annual salary of $7,500, payable monthly, such salary to be paid in equal parts from the contingent funds of the Senate and House of Representatives as from time to time may be duly authorized by resolutions of those bodies.
