CHAP. 396.— An Act For the relief of the Canadian Pacific Railway Company. September 21, 1922.[[H. R. 9472](/us/bill/67/hr/9472).][[Private, No. 141](/us/pvtl/67/141).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Canadian Pacific Railway Company.Reimbursement for customs fine.Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to pay to the Canadian Pacific Railway Company, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $50, as reimbursement for customs fine in connection with shipment of four packages of old clothes covered by immediate transportation entry numbered one hundred and twenty-two, of November, 1919, erroneously imposed by the collector of customs at Richford, Vermont.
