CHAP. 393.— An Act For the relief of the estate of Frank W. Knight. September 21, 1922.[[H. R. 8374](/us/bill/67/hr/8374).][[Private, No. 138](/us/pvtl/67/138).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Frank W. Knight.Payment to estate of. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appro priated, to the estate of Frank W.
Knight, of Cary, Wake County, orth Carolina, the sum of $1,500, on account of the death of said Knight while in the discharge of his duty as posseman under the collector of internal revenue for the eastern district of North Carolina. Approved, September 21, 1922.
