CHAP. 391.— An Act For the relief of Fitzcharles Dry Goods Company. September 21, 1922.[[H. R. 8143](/us/bill/67/hr/8143).][[Private, No. 136](/us/pvtl/67/136).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Fitzcharles Dry Goods Company.Payment to, for damages. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the Fitzcharles Dry Goods Company, of Trenton, New Jersey, the sum of $137, on account of damage to property by a Government-owned motor cycle.
