Dak., may bridge. of Congress is hereby granted to the city of Sioux City, Iowa, and to Union County, in the State of South Dakota, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Big Sioux River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, about twoLocation. and one-half miles north of the mouth of said river, and between section 14, township 89, range 48, Woodbury County, Iowa, and section 15, township 89, range 48, Union County, South Dakota,Construction.Vol. 34, p. 84. in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906.
