CHAP. 389.— An Act For the relief of the Canadian Pacific Railway Company. September 21, 1922.[[H. R. 7923](/us/bill/67/hr/7923).][[Private, No. 134](/us/pvtl/67/134).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Canadian Pacific Railway Company.Refund of customs fine.Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to pay to the Canadian Pacific Railway Company, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $336, and such sum is hereby appropriated to reimburse the Canadian Pacific Railway Company for customs fine in connection with shipment of steel castings forwarded to Seattle under Vanceboro immediate transportation entry numbered one hundred and sixty-eight, of August 3, 1918, erroneously imposed by the collector or customs at Vanceboro, Maine.
