CHAP. 387.— An Act For the relief of Zah Barmon. September 21, 1922.[[H. R. 7425](/us/bill/67/hr/7425).][[Private, No. 132](/us/pvtl/67/132).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Zah Barmon.Reimbursement to.Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Zah Bannon, of Spokane, Washington, doing business under the trade name of “Mikes’ Trading Store,” the sum of $3,625, to reimburse her for said amount of money deposited by her in connection with a bid submitted for certain surplus property advertised for sale by the Surplus Property Division of the War Department and erroneously covered into the Treasury of the United States.
