CHAP. 386.— An Act For the relief of Horace E. Walker. September 21, 1922.[[H. R. 6929](/us/bill/67/hr/6929).][[Private, No. 131](/us/pvtl/67/131).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Horace E. Walker.Payment to, for damages. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated, to Horace E, Walker, of Suffolk County, Massachusetts, the sum of $403, in full compensation for damages done to an automobile of the said Horace E.
Walker, caused by negligence on the part of the employees of the United States in the operation of a mail truck owned and operated by the United States Government on January 5, 1920. Approved, September 21, 1922.
