CHAP. 385.— An Act For the relief of Abraham Leibovitz. September 21, 1922.[[H. R. 6926](/us/bill/67/hr/6926).][[Private, No. 130](/us/pvtl/67/130).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Abraham Leibovitz.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $500 to Abraham Leibovitz, of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, which sum was paid by him to the United States on a judgment against him on the bail bond of Michael Taylor, who was afterwards captured and returned to the United States officers by said Abraham Leibovitz.
