CHAP. 383.— An Act For the relief of Frank M. Stewart. September 21, 1922.[[H. R. 6323](/us/bill/67/hr/6323).][[Private, No. 128](/us/pvtl/67/128).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That homestead application Frank M. Stewart.Homestead application of, validated.naught four thousand eight hundred and nine, Independence series, made by Frank M. Stewart for the southwest quarter of section fourteen, township thirty-two south, range thirty-seven east, Mount Diablo meridian, California, be, and the same is hereby, validated, notwithstanding the fact that before making the said application he had perfected a former entry for one hundred and sixty acres in Oregon: *Provided*, That the application thus validated and patent *Proviso*.Minerals reservation.issuing thereon shall be subject to and contain a reservation to the United States of all the oil, gas, and other minerals in the lands so entered and patented and with the right to prospect for, mine, and remove the same.
