CHAP. 382.— An Act For the relief of Robert Russell. September 21, 1922.[[H. R. 5791](/us/bill/67/hr/5791).][[Private, No. 127](/us/pvtl/67/127).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of the Robert Russell.Payment to, for personal Injuries.Treasury be, and he hereby is, authorized and directed to pay to Robert Russell, a citizen and resident of Saint Cloud, Minnesota, who, without fault on his part, was, on the 16th day of February, anno Domini 1920, severely injured by reason of the icy condition of the steps leading to the Federal building, or post-office building, at Saint Cloud, Minnesota, the sum of $218; and the sum of $218 is herebyAppropriation.appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to carry out the provisions of this Act.
