CHAP. 381.— An Act For the relief of Henry T. Hill. September 21, 1922.[[H. R. 5385](/us/bill/67/hr/5385).][[Private, No. 126](/us/pvtl/67/126).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the administration of Henry T. Hill.Military record corrected.any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers, Henry T. Hill, formerly a private of Company D, Sixteenth Regiment United States Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a member of said company on the 19th day of May, 1902: *Provided*, That no pay and allowances due him *Proviso*.No prior pension, etc.on said date shall be allowed him, and that no pension shall accrue to him prior to the passage of this Act.
