CHAP. 380.— An Act For the relief of Oliver A. Campbell. September 21, 1922.[[H. R. 5125](/us/bill/67/hr/5125).][[Private, No. 125](/us/pvtl/67/125).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the administration Oliver A. Campbell.Military record corrected.of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Oliver A. Campbell, who was a second lieutenant of Company E, Eightieth Regiment New York Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been discharged honorably from the military service of the United States as a member of said company and regiment on the 9th day of January, 1863: *Provided*, *Proviso*.No back pay, etc.That no pension, pay, or bounty shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
