CHAP. 353.— An Act Authorizing the issuance of a patent in fee to Perry H. Kennerly for land allotted to him on the Blackfoot Reservation, Montana. September 20, 1922.[[H. R. 8256](/us/bill/67/hr/8256).][[Private, No. 115](/us/pvtl/67/115).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*,Perry H. Kennerly.Land patent to. That the Secretary of the Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to issue a patent in fee to Perry H.
Kennedy, allottee number seven hundred and seventy-two, on the Blackfoot Reservation, Montana, for the eighty acres of land allotted to him on said reservation under the Vol. 41, p. 16provisions of the Act of June 30, 1919 (Forty-first Statutes at Large, page 16), said patent to be issued upon the approval of said allotment the schedule containing same. Approved, September 20, 1922.
