CHAP. 35.— An Act Granting the consent of Congress to the commissioners of Venango County, their successors and assigns, to construct a bridge across the Allegheny River, in the State of Pennsylvania. June 30, 1921. [[H. R. 5616](/us/bill/67/hr/5616).] [[Public, No. 29](/us/pl/67/29).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Allegheny River. Venango County. Pa., may bridge, Oil City. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the commissioners of Venango County, Pennsylvania, and their successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Allegheny River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at Oil City, Pennsylvania, connecting Petroleum Street, on the south side of the river, with North Petroleum Street, on the north side of the river, in the county of Venango, in the State of Pennsylvania, Construction.
Vol. 34, p. 84.in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906. Sec. 2. Amendment. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, June 30, 1921.
