CHAP. 347.— An Act To authorize the leasing for mining purposes of unallotted lands on the Fort Peck and Blackfeet Indian Reservations in the State of Montana September 20, 1922.[[H. R. 8010](/us/bill/67/hr/8010).][[Public, No. 313](/us/pl/67/313).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That lands reserved for Fort Feck and Black-feet Indian Reservations. Mont.Mining leases authorized of reserved lands on.school and agency purposes and all other unallotted lands on the Fort Peck and Blackfeet Indian Reservations, in the State of Montana, reserved from allotment or other disposition, may be leased for mining purposes under regulations prescribed by the Secretary of the Interior.
