CHAP. 341.— An Act For the relief of James Kelly. September 18, 1922. [[H. R. 7984](/us/bill/67/hr/7984).] [[Private, No. 111](/us/pvtl/67/111).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theJames Kelly. Reimbursement to. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $3,029.46 to Warrant Officer James Kelly that has been paid by him from private funds in the replacement of public funds for which he was responsible when a major, Signal Corps, United States Army, and acting as a financial agent at Port Newark, New Jersey, and which was lost through theft.
