CHAP. 34.— An Act To authorize the construction of a bridge across the Little Calumet River, in Cook County, State of Illinois, at or near the village of Riverdale, in said county. January 24, 1923.[[S. 4031](/us/bill/67/s/4031).][[Public, No. 387](/us/pl/67/387).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the State ofLittle Calumet River.Illinois, etc., may bridge, Riverdale, Ill. Illinois, the county of Cook, or the city of Chicago, separately or jointly, its successors and assigns, be, and they are hereby, authorized to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the Little Calumet River at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near the village of Riverdale, in Cook County, Illinois, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitledConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84.
“An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters,” approved March 23, 1906. Sec. 2. That the right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, January 24, 1923.
