CHAP. 338.— An Act For the relief of Frank William Brown and Clara Bryan Brown. September 18, 1922.[[H. R. 5634](/us/bill/67/hr/5634).][[Private, No. 108](/us/bill/67/pvtl/108).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* Frank William, and Clara Bryan Brown.Payment to. for death of child. That there is hereby appropriated, and the Secretary of the Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the United States Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $5,000 to Frank William Brown and Clara Bryan Brown in full for all claims they or either of them may have against the Government on account of the death of their son, Hairy Brown, who was fatally injured in or near the city of Orange, in Orange County, Texas, on the 23d day of March, 1918, by being struck by a falling airplane, then and there owned and operated by the Government of the United States.
