CHAP. 337.— An Act For the relief of Mrs. D. Montgomery. September 18, 1922. [[H. R. 1965](/us/bill/67/hr/1965).] [[Private, No. 107](/us/pvtl/67/107).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theMrs. D. Montgomery.Payment to, tor injuries to sell and child. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Mrs. D. Montgomery, of Carrollton, Texas, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $200.90 to cover expenses incurred for hospital service rendered to Mrs.
D. Montgomery and child as a result of injuries sustained by the forced landing of an airplane owned by the United States Government and operated by an officer of the United States Army. Approved, September 18, 1922.
