CHAP. 334.— An Act For the relief of the Mary Ann Shipping Company. September 18, 1922. [[H. R. 11078](/us/bill/67/hr/11078).] [[Private, No. 104](/us/pvtl/67/104).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theMary Ann Shipping Company.Payment to, for collision damages. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $2,500 to the Mary Ann Snipping Company, as compensation for and in full satisfaction of all claims of such company for any damages to the steamship Mary Ann sustained as a result of a collision between said steamboat and the United States tugboat Nahant on October 21, 1919, in the harbor of Ponta Delgada, Azores, the responsibility for such collision having been placed upon said United States tugboat Nahant by a naval board after investigation.
