CHAP. 331.— An Act For the relief of F. R. Messenger. September 18, 1922.[[H. R. 7662](/us/bill/67/hr/7662).][[Private, No. 101](/us/pvtl/67/101).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theF. R. Messenger.Payment to. Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury of the United States not otherwise appropriated, to F. R. Messenger, of Sedgwick County, Kansas, the sum of $1,500 in full compensation for damages done to an automo-1602bile of the said F.
R. Messenger, and all damages resulting from a collision caused by the coming loose of trailer from the Navy Service truck numbered nine hundred and sixty-nine, owned by the United States Government, and driven by its employees. Approved, September 18, 1922.
