CHAP. 328.— An Act For the relief of Eldredge and Mason, of Malone, New York. March 4, 1923.[[H. R. 10022](/us/bill/67/hr/10022).][[Private, No. 263](/us/pvtl/67/26).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Eldredge and Mason.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Eldredge and Mason, of Malone, New York, the sum of $473.25, erroneously paid into the Treasury of the United States, which was the proceeds of a marshal’s sale of an automobile which was seized by the Federal authorities for a violation of the Vol stead Act and upon which automobile Eldredge and Mason held a lien.
