CHAP. 325.— An Act For the relief of Richard Andrews. March 4, 1923.[[H. R. 8871](/us/bill/67/hr/8871).][[Private, No. 260](/us/pvtl/67/260).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Richard Andrews.Payment to, for personal injuries. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Richard Andrews, the sum of $2,500, in full settlement against the Government, in compensation for injuries sustained March 15, 1920, in the city of New York, when struck by a United States mail truck.
