CHAP. 319.— An Act To exempt from taxation certain property of the Daughters of the American Revolution in Washington, District of Columbia. September 16, 1922. [[H. R. 6258](/us/bill/67/hr/6258).] [[Public, No. 305](/us/pl/67/305).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, District of Columbia. Daughters of American Revolution exempt from tax on designated lots in. Vol. 39, pp. 514, 1009. That the property situated in square one hundred and seventy-three in the city of Washington, District of Columbia, described as lots twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen, and sixteen, inclusive, occupied by the Daughters of the American Revolution, be exempt from and after February 28, 1921, from all taxation so long as the same is so occupied and used, Vol. 19, p. 399.subject to the provisions of section 8 of the Act approved March 3, 1877, providing for exemptions of church and school property, and Acts amendatory thereof.
