CHAP. 317.— An Act Authorizing the sale and patent of certain alleged public lands in Louisiana. September 15, 1922.[[H. R. 10361](/us/bill/67/hr/10361).][[Private, No. 94](/us/pvtl/67/94).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theThomas Glynn and others.Sale, etc., of certain lands in Louisiana to. Interior is hereby authorized to sell and patent to Thomas Glynn, William Glynn, Alphonse Glynn, Charles Glynn, Aloysius Glynn, Alexander Glynn, Emma Glynn, Josephine Glynn, and Belle Glynn, of Pointe Coupee, Louisiana, lot or section thirty nine, lots five, six, seven, twelve, and thirteen, section twenty-seven, and lots one and 1600two, of section twenty-six, township five south, range eleven east, Louisiana meridian west of the Mississippi River, situated in West Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana, at $1.25 per acre, lands which they and their grantors have occupied, under claim and color of title from *Proviso*.Time limit.the State of Louisiana, ever since May 3, 1854: *Provided*, That application for the purchase of the described tracts, under this authorization be filed at the United States land office in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, within sixty days from the passage of this Act.
