R. 4653](/us/bill/67/hr/4653).][[Private, No. 250](/us/pvtl/67/250).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary Allie Melinda Outterside.Payment to, for death of husband.of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Allie Melinda Outterside, widow, of the county of Harris and the State of Texas, the sum of $5,000, in full compensation for the death of her husband, T.
R. Outterside, who was killed on the 26th day of September, 1918, at Texas City, Texas, by an airplane, which was being operated by an officer of the United States Army. Approved, March 4, 1923.
