True.Payment to for use of property. That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay to Thurston W. True, of Columbia, South Carolina, the sum of $1,000, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, in full satisfaction of all claims for damages against the United States arising out of the vacating by such Thurston W.
True of his premises for several months during the war against Germany, in compliance with an order issued under authority of the War Department that such premises were to be used by the United States Government for a military camp. Approved, March 4, 1923.
