CHAP. 312.— An Act For the relief of Virgil O. McWhorter. September 14, 1922. [[H. R. 1948](/us/bill/67/hr/1948).] [[Private, No. 92](/us/pvtl/67/92).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Virgil O. McWhorter. Credit in accounts. That the accounting officers of the Treasury are authorized and directed to allow in the accounts of Virgil O. McWhorter, special disbursing agent of the Bureau of Animal Industry, United States Department of Agriculture, the sum of $850 paid by him on authority from said bureau and disallowed by said accounting officers, covering expenses incurred in the drilling of a well at the United States sheep experiment station at Dubois, Idaho.
