CHAP. 311.— An Act For the relief of Charles L. McCulley. March 4, 1923.[[H. R. 1263](/us/bill/67/hr/1263).][[Private, No. 246](/us/pvtl/67/246).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary Charles L. McCulley.Naval record corrected.of the Navy be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to place the name of Charles L. McCulley, also known as Charles L, McCullough, late of the United States Navy, on the muster rolls of the Navy Department and grant him an honorable discharge, thereby giving 1794*Proviso.*No back pay, etc.him the right of membership in a soldiers’ home: *Provided*, That no back pay, allowances, or other emoluments shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
