CHAP. 307.— An Act Authorizing the payment of an amount equal to six months’ pay to Josephine H. Barin. March 4, 1923.[[H. R. 514](/us/bill/67/hr/514).][[Private, No. 242](/us/pvtl/67/242).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Josephine H. Barin.Payment of naval six months’ gratuity to, for death of son. That the Paymaster General of the Navy shall cause to be paid to Josephine H. Barin, mother of Lieutenant Louis T.
Barin, late of the United States 1793Naval Reserve Force, who was killed in an airplane accident at San Diego, California, while on active duty on the 12th day of June, 1920, an amount equal to six months’ pay at the rate received by that officer at the day or his death. Approved, March 4, 1923.
