CHAP. 302.— Joint Resolution To authorize the transportation to Porto Rico of a committee representing the Fourth Ohio Infantry, war with Spain. March 4, 1923.[[H. J. Res., No. 102](/us/bill/67/pubres/102).] Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That if accommodations Porto Rico.Transportation of committee of 4th Ohio Infantry, War with Spain, to erect memorial, etc.on public transports are available, the Secretary of War is authorized to provide, without expense to the United States, transportation from the United States to Porto Rico of a committee composed of members of the Fourth Ohio Infantry, war with Spain, for the purpose of placing a memorial tablet in the city of Guyama commemorating the twenty-fifth anniversary of the capture of that place and in honor of the American soldiers who died during the service in Porto Rico.
