That section 3 of the resolution of December 29, 1920, entitled “Joint Resolution to create a Joint Committee on the Reorganization of the Administrative Branch of the Government’ is amended by striking out the words “the second Monday in December, 1922” and inserting in lieu thereof “July 1, 1924.” Approved, March 4, 1923.
