That the vacancy that will occur as herein specified in the Board of Regents of the Smithsonian Institution, of the class other than Members of Congress, be filled by the reappointment of Henry White, of the city of Washington, whose term will expire January 14, 1923, and that Frederick A. Delano, of the city of Washington, be appointed to succeed John B. Henderson, deceased. Approved, January 22, 1923.
