CHAP. 297.— An Act Permitting Frances Mack Mann to purchase certain public lands. August 28, 1922. [[H. R. 8244](/us/bill/67/hr/8244).] [[Private, No. 88](/us/pvtl/67/88).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That Frances Mack MannFrances Mack Mann. Purchase of lauds in Colorado by, authorized. be permitted to purchase lot eleven, comprising three and seventy one hundredths acres; lot twelve, comprising one and fifty-eight one-hundredths acres; lot thirteen, comprising twenty-eight and thirty-eight one-hundredths acres; lot sixteen, comprising thirty-nine and sixty-seven one-hundredths acres; all situate in the east half of the northwest quarter of section six, township two south, range seventy-two west of the sixth principal meridian, containing seventy-three and thirty-three one-hundredths acres, in the State of Colorado, at $1.25 per acre: *Provided,* That all coal and minerals contained*Proviso*.
Mineral rights reserved. therein are hereby reserved to the United States. That said coal and minerals shall be for sale or disposal by the United States under the coal and minerals land laws, and entrymen shall have the right to enter upon said lands for the purpose of prospecting for and mining such deposits.
