CHAP. 291.— An Act For the relief of Emmett Otto Cooney. August 24, 1922. [[H. R. 9746](/us/bill/67/hr/9746).] [[Private, No. 84](/us/pvtl/67/84).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary of theEmmett Otto Cooney. Homestead patent to. Interior be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to issue patent to Emmett Otto Cooney for the southeast quarter of the southeast 1596quarter, section thirty-four, east half of the east half, south half of e southwest quarter and southwest quarter of the southeast quarter, section thirty-five, township four south, range twenty-one east, Willamette meridian, being the land embraced in his homestead entries naught thirteen thousand four hundred twenty-four and naught fifteen thousand one hundred forty-two, The Dalles, Oregon, land district, upon which he has submitted satisfactory proof of compliance with the provisions of the homestead law.
